Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Go24X7 ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Role

Go24X7 acts solely as a technological facilitator connecting Service Providers and Customers. We are not a party to any service agreement between Users. We do not directly provide home services or sell products.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment Terms

Customers agree to pay for services booked through the Platform. Payments are held in escrow and released to Providers upon confirmation of service completion. All fees and taxes are clearly displayed before booking.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go24X7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or services provided by third-party professionals.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from Platform use shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India, with the venue in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
